We focus on taking advantage of new building material technologies and have proudly served in San Diego, California for 25+ years. In particular, ASCI holds a new focus on accessory dwelling units (ADUs) with high quality finishes and smart and efficient space utilization. Ignacio “Nacho” Alcala is a loving father with a wife and four beautiful children. At a young age, Ignacio began working on construction jobs in Mexico with his father. When he was 19, he emigrated to the U.S. and gained valuable experience landscaping with his uncle— where he was able to develop and better understand his passion for design and functionality. Ignacio has chosen to study architecture in college to further his knowledge on his craft. His background and his passion for creation has afforded him the ability to create and expand his own construction business where customer satisfaction has been the top priority for the last 25 years. Ignacio works closely with his employees and apprentices to ensure great success in every project they are involved in. His most important values include honesty, responsibility and accountability, all of which are expected from his employees as well.
