About Alcala Smart construction Inc

Alcala Smart Construction Inc is a s-corp company dedicate on the practice of sustainable construction, build for long lasting, and taking advantage of the new technologies in building materials.  It was founded by Ignacio Alcala 25+ years ago in San Diego California.

Ignacio Alcala is a loving father with a wife and four beautiful children. Ignacio got his start in construction in Mexico working under his father. Then, 25 years ago when he moved to the United States at 19 years old, he worked under his uncle in landscaping until eventually branching off and started his own construction company. He has been expanding ever since! Since then, Ignacio has finished his high school education and began college with a major in architecture all while developing his business and raising his four kids with his wife. He also officially earned his contractors license in 2023. Now, he is focusing on utilizing his company to build accessory dwelling units. 

Throughout his years of experience, he gained many loyal clients and built a strong stable support system. Ignacio works closely with his employees and apprentices to ensure great success in every project they are involved in. His most important values include honesty, responsibility and accountability, all of which reflect well on his employees as well.
